National Dentist Day
National Dentist Day was celebrated on 6th March by the Department of Public Health Dentistry, Kalka Dental College. In order to create awareness among the people various outreach activities were carried out.
The dental check up camp was organized at Mahendra Singh Inter College Meerut where about 300 students dental checkup was done.
1) Health talk was delivered to the students and staff focusing the brushing technique, dental related adverse habits and its consequences. All the students participated actively.
2) Free toothpaste distribution was done to the OPD patients in the Department of Public Health Dentistry.
