Dr. Amit Siwach
Vice Principle and ProfessorProf. (Dr.) Amit Siwach completed his Master of Dental Surgery in Prosthodontics from Subharti Dental College, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, in 2012. He is currently serving as Professor in the Department of Prosthodontics and Crown & Bridge as well as the Vice Principal of Kalka Dental College, Meerut. Over the span of more than 13 years in academia, he has demonstrated remarkable dedication to teaching, clinical excellence, research advancement, and institutional administration.
As an academician, Prof. Dr. Siwach has made substantial contributions to undergraduate and postgraduate education. He is actively involved in mentoring postgraduate dissertations, supervising clinical cases, and guiding research initiatives. His teaching philosophy emphasizes evidence-based practice, critical thinking, and comprehensive prosthetic rehabilitation, enabling students to integrate theoretical knowledge with clinical proficiency.
He has authored and co-authored multiple research publications in reputed national and international indexed journals. In addition, he holds patents in prosthodontic innovations, reflecting his commitment to research-driven advancements and translational applications in dentistry. His areas of special interest include implant dentistry, platelet-rich plasma applications in prosthodontics, management of obstructive sleep apnea using oral appliances, and full-mouth rehabilitation.
In his administrative capacity as Vice Principal, he plays a crucial role in academic planning, faculty coordination, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance processes. He actively participates in institutional decision-making and policy implementation aimed at enhancing academic standards and clinical services.
